Though the tag line for Cool Baby Kid is “products and resources for moms, babies and kids,” as in real-life the mom finds sometimes are overwhelmed by picks for the kiddos. I recently found an online boutique, Nimli, with items for both, and although they carry an entire line for kids, from apparel to furniture and bedding, I’m focusing on mom for a change and the green products that make you feel good about your purchases. Nimli, founded in New York City in 2003 by entrepreneur Rajat Arora, “is one of the most environmentally mindful retailers due to [their] practice and policy that requires all designers to ship their products directly to our customers” with a host of organic and recycled product choices. My family teases me that I’m afraid of color, (I see nothing wrong with tan and black,) but I will admit that wearing their Azuri Classic Pashmina Cashmere Scarf in Azure makes me feel pretty chic. So here’s to taking time for mom to be stylish too every now and then!
