In 2004 Rusty and Summer put their dreams of launching a successful men’s and women’s line on hold and had their first daughter. They channeled their experience toward a line for cool kids and House of Deity was born. Now with a third inspiration for their line of edgy, hip childrens’ clothes joining the rest of the family this year, their original designs are bound to keep us on our toes. In two years of reviewing I’ve seen plenty of designs but House of Deity separates itself with originality and a true “hip” factor. Always a fan of parent-owned and operated companies, I’m pleased to share their talent and hip baby and toddler threads (soon to be adding adult ones too!) to a very discriminatory audience looking for the coolest clothes for their kids…found.
