I generally try and avoid character clothing for my kids, my kids don’t need to be a walking billboard, and since they are still young I have a good deal of control over their clothes (I wonder how long that will last?). But, putting my kids in solid colored clothes all the time would be boring, and no one has ever called me boring. So, when I recently was introduced to and had the opportunity to review a kid’s shirt from Invisible Stripes I was excited. Why exactly was I excited? Because the Invisible Stripes toddler tees are cool looking with fun characters that don’t make my kids look like a walking billboard.
Ellie had the chance to try out the Bird Flu toddler shirt, and trust me it is much cuter than the name suggests. The shirt itself is a bright yellow and made out of high quality cotton so it will withstand the rough and tumble world of toddlers, and the graphic art on it is really cool. I happen to be a big fan of art that isn’t cutesy, and I don’t think anyone would call the Invisible Stripes toddler tees cutesy (that’s a good think!) Another thing that I really like about them…they are gender neutral and there are quite a few great looking choices to choose from. What are my favorites? The Party Animal in purple and the Big Deal in black. Also check out the new “Planting Seeds” for the toddler lines, their Cheshire solar-activated print changes color in the sun, promoting outdoor activity and the Party Animal 3D tee that comes to life with 3D glasses.
