While I haven’t been to France’s Loire Valley, I hear it’s “famous for its scenic beauty and fairytale-like castles” which is right up my fairy-tale loving daughter’s alley. The birth place of Corolle dolls sounds divine, but their creations will have to suffice for now as a trip to France isn’t on our immediate agenda…though I wish it were otherwise. Out of the box the wonderful baby smell was my first impression along with their softnessgiving them receive a high cuddly-factor.
Corolle dolls are designed to look and feel as real as possible, and my daughter loves her new baby she named “Michael” after her brother. For pretend play, cultivating imagination and just having fun, Corolle dolls and their extensive collection of accessories for girls and boys (see Paul below) are a a CBK top pick. Here are some other picks for every age:
Paul Drine-And-Wet Bath Baby
We've presonally checked out this boy-friendly doll which is a great potty training aid. Not only does he drink and wet but can even take a bath with his "mommy or daddy."
Babipouce Bilberry
Corolle even has dolls for newborns designed specifically for little ones. These adorable Elves jingle softly and have lots of built-in "handles" for tiny hands to grasp and explore. Plus, they're machine washable!
Calin Laughing Flowers
A beanie bag baby perfect for the young toddler age group, Calin collection also offers extensive accessories including the "My First Accessories Set" which bundles some of the essentials together.

Great Blog! Thanks for all the useful information! I just read about the Saftey 1st Booster. Definitely going to look into that when my son is ready for a booster! I just started a children’s review blog geared at younger kids, check it out at HudsonWantsThat.com
